PlateWipe is a local AI image cleanup tool. You open a photo, mark a region, and the app removes watermarks, text overlays or unwanted objects using an AI model that runs entirely on your computer.
Because the app processes images you select, your photos stay on your device throughout. No image is uploaded, cached on our servers, or transmitted anywhere except where Microsoft processes Store purchases as described below.
When you drag a photo into PlateWipe, the image bytes are decoded and processed in your computer's memory by the bundled AI model. Results are saved only where you choose via the Save dialog.
The app stores a small local counter (date and number of images processed on this device) in its user-data folder so the free plan can show "5 images per day". This never leaves your PC and contains no image content.
The app caches the result of your Microsoft Store license check locally so Pro status works while offline. No personal data beyond what Microsoft already holds for your account is stored.
We do not transmit your images, file names, or usage statistics to servers operated by Huizhou Xiaoma Guohe Culture Technology Co., Ltd. Core features work offline. Network use is limited to Microsoft Store licensing checks and the optional Pro purchase.
Store installs and PlateWipe Pro (one-time add-on) are processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The app checks license status on your device. We do not receive your payment card details.
If you email service@aisoft.wang, we use your message only to provide support.
The Store package declares desktop capabilities so the app can read image files you choose and save results where you direct. These permissions are not used to upload your images to our servers.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our own online services. Contact us if you believe a child has emailed us personal information.
Simply close the app when you are done; no account exists to delete. Uninstalling the app removes its local counter and license cache. Manage Pro through your Microsoft account.
Processing described here occurs on your device unless you contact us by email or use Microsoft Store services.
We may update this policy and change the date above. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy where permitted by law.
